Shipping policy

Our bags are sent to you via Royal Mail 48hr tracked service, once your order has been completed / made by us, or straight away if we have them in stock!

UK shipping is FREE 

We use stitched brown paper sacks, or brown packing paper, gummed Kraft tape or plant based sellotape and recycled tissue paper- PLASTIC FREE packaging, plus, your stitched sack is tough enough to be used again and completely recyclable.

We kindly ask that all returns/ repairs are sent back to us, in their original packaging

Teeny tiny orders [small pouches etc] are also sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as a large letter, these items are not tracked
